By visiting our website and purchasing our gifts, you agree to the terms and conditions set by Ledora. These terms and conditions are outlined below.

General Terms and Conditions

  • We reserve the right to collect and store personal information in accordance with our privacy policy.

  • It is the responsibility of the customer to check all order details are correct prior to submitting the order.

  • Orders may only be placed by customers over the age of 18. In the case of minor dependents, a parent or guardian must give consent to the use of this website and any purchases made.

  • Although we try to keep the information on our website accurate, there may be times when items become unavailable. In these instances, we will notify you and may need to cancel your order.

  • As our chocolate bouquets are handmade, there may be slight variations in each bouquet created. Colours may differ to images on our website due to screen settings.  

  • It is the customer’s responsibility to check for any allergies the recipient may have and ensure gifts purchased are suitable for the recipient.

  • Photos for photo personalisation must not violate or infringe the rights of others or be unlawful of any nature. 

  • Any photo personalisation orders with images deemed inappropriate or offensive will be cancelled and refund issued. 

  • We do not edit any photos received. For the best results please ensure photos supplied are of high quality.  

  • We may add or remove gifts, as well as product descriptions on our website without notice.    

  • Our operating hours are 9am to 4pm Monday to Friday. Any orders placed outside these hours will be processed the next business day.

  • All content on this website are owned by Ledora and must not be used in an illegal or unauthorised manner.

Cancellations and Amendments Terms and Conditions

  • Customers must contact us as soon as possible for any cancellations or amendments to orders.

  • Cancellations and amendments may be granted at our discretion. There may be instances where cancellations and amendments are not possible and we will notify you if this is the case.

  • Any cancellations which we have granted will be refunded the full purchase amount to the original method of payment.

 

Delivery Terms and Conditions

  • We are unable to take responsibility for gifts once they have left our premises. Please contact us as soon as possible if gifts are received damaged.

  • It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure someone will be available to accept delivery. We cannot take any responsibility for gifts that are damaged, missing or stolen once they have been delivered by our couriers.

  • Delivery times are estimates only and delays may occur which are beyond our control. We do not provide refunds for delivery delays.

  • It is the customer’s responsibility to provide accurate delivery addresses. Any incorrect or unclear delivery details may result in undelivered gifts or incur an additional fee for redirection.

  • Any special instructions regarding delivery are followed at the courier’s discretion.
